In 1999, after a revoltionary approach in the car industry, Honda started producing the first model of hybrid cars for mass production. Honda insight hybrid is a remarkable vehicle that has combined ecologically friendly travel and efficiency and comfort to satisfy the needs for the customers.
It is the construction and the specifications of the car that makes it unique. Insight is equiped with an internal combustion engine that works on fossil fuel power and is assisted by electrical motor that adds 13hp to the overall power of the car. This is quite useful when it comes to environmental protection since the movement of the car will need less fossil fuel which means that less carbon emissions will be released in the air and less is the car going to polute the atmosphere.

These innovative approaches along with the aerodynamical form of the car (so that it can make the most of acceleration and movement with less energy needed) make it a truely remarkable vehicle that needs less fuel and polutes the air to the minimum. Thus hybrid cars prove that with the advancing technologies and innovative approaches, air polution by cars can be prevented and the hybrid cars would be more useful as menas of transportation for the future generations.
